The hotel is in a particularly good and incredible location next to an amazing cafe, the beach, chai shops nearby, and a taxi stand. the attached restaurant served good food, making us feel at home.

The value for money at Patnem Palm Garden Goa was excellent, with spacious rooms and a charming rustic charm. The location, just a short walk from the beach, was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive.

The breakfast options could be improved with more variety and choices.

Had an amazing time over Christmas! The hotel was clean and had everything we needed, including a super comfy king-size bed. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with a big smile. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and away from the crowded areas. We also enjoyed the abundance of clean sheets and towels, and the hot water in the shower.

There was some noise from the neighboring bars a few nights a week, but it ended by 11:30pm. The rooms were a bit dark, even with the lights on, which gave them a rustic charm but could be a bit dim at times.

The location is stunning, just a short walk to the beach; George at the front desk is helpful; there are great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and we enjoyed a delicious dinner at an authentic restaurant during our 3-night stay.

the beach huts are spacious, clean, and comfortable with a large bed and a lovely porch. I loved the peaceful ambiance of the garden in the middle. the attached restaurant and bar served delicious food and drinks, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. the location is just a few minutes' walk from the beach, making it a perfect spot. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Patnem.

The personnel was amicable, we all felt like home. The double room we stayed in was good with a large bed, AC and bathroom. The property's location was particularly good and incredible, in the middle of the city.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would love to come back here some time. Loved our spotless rooms, plus the staff was friendly. The location close to the beach was fantastic. And it was 5 minutes on foot from the downtown.

Generous policies & staff, clean sheets & towels, hot water in shower. Roomy bedroom & bathroom, attentive maids, requests always attended to. Rustic charm in bedroom, will return. Special mention to owner & staff.

We encountered a minor issue with our AC, but the hotel quickly moved us to a new room. the rain shower experience was unexpectedly cozy with the sound of raindrops lulling us to sleep. the bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the prompt solution to the situation. we'll return for another cozy getaway.
